When you book a clean, contact us, or apply to work with us, we collect information you give us directly — name, phone, email, address of the unit being cleaned, payment information (via Stripe, we never see your card details), and any special instructions you provide.

When you visit this site, we also collect basic technical information through Netlify (our hosting provider) and Google Analytics — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar data that helps us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

  • To schedule, dispatch, and complete your cleaning service.
  • To process payments through Stripe.
  • To send booking confirmations, photo reports, and service-related communications.
  • To follow up after the clean (review requests, satisfaction check).
  • To respond to questions you send us.
  • To improve the website and our service.

Who we share it with

We share what's necessary with the cleaner assigned to your job — that's typically your name, the unit address, the service scope, and any access instructions you provided. Cleaners are bound by independent contractor agreements that include confidentiality.

We use third-party tools to run the business: Stripe (payments), BookingKoala (scheduling and dispatch), Netlify (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), OpenPhone (phone), and Google Analytics (site analytics). Each has its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketing partners. We don't use it for purposes beyond what's described above.

Your rights

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information we hold about you (with some exceptions), and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell, but you can opt out anyway).

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI-compliant). Account passwords are hashed. Communications are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
